Tasks

1. Personal introduction / Berlin

The learner produced a substantial introduction with personal history, work, Berlin preferences, and disadvantages. Useful independent language included Ursprünglich komme ich aus Russland and Darüber hinaus. Corrections focused on seit + Präsens, cases/endings, gekommen, and natural collocations.

2. Situation besprechen: Nachbarschaftspicknick

The learner proposed a picnic, discussed an advantage and a possible problem, reacted to a noise objection, moved the event to Tempelhofer Feld, and suggested bringing a pavilion in bad weather.

Meaningful output included:

• Ich habe einen Grill und kann ihn allen zur Verfügung stellen.
• Es ist wichtig, mit allen einen Termin zu vereinbaren.
• Allerdings könnte es ein Problem sein, wenn es an diesem Tag regnet.
• Da hast du recht. Das könnte zu einem Problem für uns werden.

Key corrections:

• Es ist eine gute Idee, ein Picknick zu organisieren.
• Die Nachbarn können sich kennenlernen und miteinander unterhalten.
• Obwohl es weniger bequem ist, treffen wir uns dort.
• Es gibt dort einen speziellen Grillplatz.

3. Schreiben

An email task about rescheduling an appointment at the Ausländerbehörde was assigned but not attempted because the learner ran out of time. It is not completed evidence.
